Still haven't started WW. I am the world's worst procrastinator. I am putting it off until the New Year actually starts. And, to be completely honest, probably won't actually start on January 1. It'll probably be Monday. Yep, cause that's how I roll.
Ate at Red Robin today with the fam. Banzai burger that I couldn't finish. But before you feel proud of me for my restraint, I also ate a number of onion rings from the tower of onion rings and had three raspberry limeades. Good thing a new year starts soon.

Time for a fresh start...again
It is now time for a new year and I stand at the same resolutions I set for myself every year. Eliminate my debt and lose weight. I feel like a broken record. Every year I go all gung ho for about three months and then BASE jump off the wagon. I'm hoping to stay on track this time and have also resolved that I will document my baby steps everyday beginning January 1, 2011. This may be some sort of accountability at least in my own mind because I highly doubt anyone actually reads this.
Regarding the debt, I am taking baby steps per Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover. In the interest of full disclosure, I didn't read his book. I glanced at his website and used the little bit of information that provided to start off. Why? Because I don't want to spend money on a book someone wrote telling me that I need to stop spending and start saving. Duh. I have completed his baby step #1 - have at least $1,000.00 in an emergency fund. I am working on baby step #2 - snowball debt. I hope to have my first small debt paid off by August of 2011, if not sooner. Fingers crossed.
I have signed up (again) for Weight Watchers. Sadly, it says that I have had a profile for the online program since 2007. Oy. That should say something right there. I also want to try the Couch-2-5K program which says that you too can become a runner (or jogger) even if you're just a couch potato. We'll see if that actually happens. Plan is to monitor what I'm eating (starting Jan. 1, because I need one last hurrah before this drop dead date) and activity with W2. I'll use the C25K for activity on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and try to do one my bazillion of exercise DVDs on other days. W2 also has a bunch of "challenges" on their community forums like doing 100 crunches a day or x-amount of push-ups. Might have to try for that too.
Well, best of luck to me. For anyone that might read this, thanks for coming along for the ride. It's bound to be bumpy. Sit down, buckle up and hold on!
