I'm back!

I haven't been keeping up with my WW lately. That's bad. I've been eating a bunch of junk and not exercising as much. That's worse. This weekend was my youngest daughter's 8th birthday and I went a little nuts. Ate junk food on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I only exercised on Sunday because I was so "busy" on Friday and Saturday. I know, the excuses just keep piling up. No mas!

Today I did pack my breakfast (Thomas' whole wheat bagel thin with reduced fat peanut butter and sliced apple) and my water along with some Greek-style yogurt. Decided I would try this out as there are now many more choices in the grocery store and it says that it has more protein than standard yogurt. Got me a couple different brands in different flavors to see if I likey. Unfortunately, I am planning on eating junk at lunch, but I also plan on working out when I get home. I have been doing Turbo Jam Cardio Party pretty religiously for the past couple of weeks. I just got the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which the WW members have been raving about so I thought I'd give it a shot, and I bought the Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones DVD. Plus, each was only like $8 on Amazon. I also bought some cardio ballroom dancing DVD with Julianne Hough (as in Dancing with the Stars Julianne). I figured a change in pace would be good, plus dancing should be fun right? We'll see how that goes. I may be writing my next blog as a crumbled heap on the floor if 30 day shred is as hard as everyone says. Stay tuned.
